 About Products 

[About Reserved Products]

・Pre-order items are pre-orders for items not yet in stock.
 They will be shipped sequentially as soon as they arrive, so delivery will take longer than usual.
・Please check the "Scheduled Shipping Date" stated on the product page.
 *Please note that the scheduled arrival date may change due to production circumstances.

<Regarding shipping of pre-order items>
・To prevent incorrect shipments, we do not accept orders that combine pre-order items and regular items. *You can combine pre-order items with the same scheduled delivery date in one order.
 If you wish to receive regular items earlier, please place separate orders.

<Regarding payment for pre-order items>
・You can choose between "Credit Card" and "Cash on Delivery" as payment methods.
・If you use credit card payment, payment will be finalized at the time of order, similar to when ordering regular products.
 *Please note that this has changed from payment finalization at the time of shipping to payment finalization at the time of order as of October 1, 2024.

 

 About Shipping Fees 

Free shipping for orders totaling 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.
If the total amount is less than 10,000 yen (tax included), shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

 About Shipping 

[About Shipping Date]
・Orders will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is placed (excluding pre-order items and some campaign items).
・Shipments are generally made twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

*Please note that delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery region, weather conditions, or traffic conditions.
*Once the product preparations are complete, we will send an "Shipping Notification" email.
*We do not accept specific delivery dates.
**Weekends, holidays, and major holidays will be announced in the notice section.

[About Combined Shipping]
For customers who place multiple orders totaling 10,000 yen (tax included) or more using credit card payment, we combine and ship the products together. Please be aware of this in advance.

[About Delivery Slip]
If you wish to have the delivery slip sent separately, please indicate so in the "Remarks" field of your cart.

[Estimated Delivery Time from Shipping Date]
The estimated (minimum) time required for product arrival after receiving the "Shipping Notification" email is as follows.

[Credit Card Payment]
・Please make payments in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by each card company.
 You will be asked to enter your card information during the order process. The following cards are accepted:

・We cannot investigate the deductions for credit card payments. Please contact your credit card company.
 *Please note that if you choose installment or revolving payments, card company fees may apply.


[Cash on Delivery]
・Please pay the delivery person upon delivery of the product.
 The following payment methods are available:

・Cash on Delivery Fee
A flat fee of 230 yen (tax included) will be charged separately. Please be aware of this in advance.

 

 Returns/Exchanges 

[About Returns and Exchanges]
While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, in the unlikely event of a defect,
we will accept returns or exchanges based on the conditions listed below.
・If a return request is made within 8 days of product arrival
・Only unopened products are eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

<Conditions for unopened products>
If, after returning to us, it is confirmed that the product has been opened based on the conditions listed below, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
The product will be returned to the customer with shipping costs to be paid on delivery.
Please note that the following cases will be considered as opened:
・The manufacturer's original packaging has been opened, damaged, or re-packaged.
・The product tag has been removed, or accompanying papers are missing.
・Any other signs of use on the product itself.

<Specific Reasons / Shipping Cost Responsibility>
For returns/exchanges due to our reasons, falling under the following:
・Defective product, incorrect item (delivery of a product different from the ordered product)

For returns due to customer convenience, falling under the following, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Exchanges due to customer convenience are not permitted. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Incorrect size
・Color, design, fabric material different from image
・Incorrect order (design, color, size, quantity)

[Return/Exchange Procedure]
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via the "Inquiry Form" within 8 days of product arrival and return it to the designated return address.
In the inquiry form, please provide the "Order Number" and "Product Name" stated in the "Shipping Notification" email.

For product exchanges, once the returned product arrives at our company and we prepare the replacement product, we will ship it immediately.
Please note that replacement products are subject to availability.
If an exchange cannot be made due to a shortage or other reason, we will issue a refund. Please understand.
As a general rule, refunds will be processed using the payment method used for the original order.

 

 Changes/Cancellations to Orders 

[Changes to Order Contents]
Once an order has been accepted, changes to the order content (product, size, quantity) or adding products are not possible.
Customers who wish to change the order content or add products should cancel the current order and place a new one.

[About Cancellations]
Once an order has been accepted, customers cannot cancel the order themselves due to system limitations.
Cancellations can be accepted before the "Shipping Notification" email is sent after shipment.
*If you used credit card payment, please contact your credit card company to confirm the cancellation after it has been processed.

<Cancellation Procedure>
If you wish to cancel, please contact us via the "Inquiry Form".
In the inquiry form, please provide the "Order Number" stated in the "Order Confirmation" email received upon order acceptance.

 

 About Receipts 

For mail order, the following documents are recognized as official tax receipts, so please use them.

[For Credit Card Payments]
The card company's "Statement of Account" is recognized as a receipt.
You can download it from My Page.

[For Cash on Delivery]
The delivery company's "Delivery Slip Receipt" is recognized as a receipt.
In our case, the receipt issuer is Yamato Financial Co., Ltd.

 

 About Gift Wrapping 

[About Gift Wrapping Service]
・This service is charged.
・We will deliver your items in a gift bag (non-woven drawstring pouch) with an original paper tag and a message card of your choice.
・For details on the gift wrapping image, message card types, etc., please refer to "Gift Wrapping Services".

[How to Order]

  1. After adding your desired items to the cart, select "Request Gift Delivery" on the cart screen.

  2. Select your desired gift wrapping (card type, etc.).

  3. Enter delivery address information and complete payment.

[Wrapping Multiple Items]
・Due to system limitations, gift wrapping must be specified for each item.
・If you wish to wrap multiple items together, please specify gift wrapping for only one of the items and write "Wrap all ordered items together" in the "Remarks" field of your cart.
*Depending on the size and quantity of the items, it may be difficult to wrap them together. In such cases, our customer support will contact you.

[Delivery Slip and Amount]
・For gift deliveries (when the orderer and recipient are different), a delivery slip showing the amount will not be included.
・If you wish to have the delivery slip sent separately (mailed to the orderer) or intentionally included with the package, please indicate so in the "Remarks" field of your cart.
