International Shipping: Shopping Guide and Returns
1. About Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Customs Clearance Fees
Depending on the country where the purchased product is received, customs duties, other import taxes, and customs clearance fees (hereinafter referred to as "Customs Duties, etc.") may be incurred during customs clearance, and these Customs Duties, etc. shall be borne by the recipient of the product. Customers are obligated to investigate the Customs Duties, etc. for the product at their own responsibility and expense, and to ensure that the recipient of the product properly pays the Customs Duties, etc. Please note that the amount and handling of taxes and customs clearance fees vary greatly by country, so we ask that you verify this yourself before making a purchase.
2. About Shipping Methods
We ship from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service) or a shipping company designated by us.
For regular sales (excluding pre-orders), products are usually delivered within approximately 7 to 14 days from the shipping date by our company, but arrival may be delayed depending on your country/region, weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.
※We do not accept specific delivery dates or times.
※If EMS cannot deliver to your address, you may need to pick up the item at a post office or other location you specify.
※For delivery status, please contact the post office or other shipping company directly.
3. About Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are charged for all orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, including the product itself and packaging materials (cardboard, cushioning material, etc.), using our predefined method. The amount of the shipping fee varies depending on the destination and the number of items.
4. About Changes and Cancellations to Orders
(1) Changes to Order Contents
After an order has been accepted, changes to the order content (product, size, quantity) or adding products cannot be made. If you wish to change the order content or add products, please cancel the relevant order and place a new order.
(2) Cancellation of Regular Sales Orders
If you wish to cancel, please contact us according to the [Cancellation Procedure] below by the earlier of the time when we send the "Shipping Notification" email or when shipping preparations for the product are complete (hereinafter, the earlier of these times is referred to as the "Cancellation Deadline"). If the Cancellation Deadline has passed at the time we receive your cancellation request, we will not be able to accept the cancellation. We appreciate your understanding.
【Cancellation Procedure】
If you wish to cancel, please contact us via the "Inquiry Form" by the cancellation deadline.
When contacting us via the inquiry form, please be sure to provide the "Order Number" stated in the "Order Confirmation" email you received when your order was accepted.
※ If you used credit card payment, please contact your credit card company for confirmation regarding the cancellation of payment after cancellation.

5.Important Notes Regarding Pre-orders
・Pre-order sales refer to sales where advance online shop reservations for items not yet in stock are accepted.
・Once pre-ordered items arrive at our company, they will be shipped sequentially, so delivery will take longer than usual.
・To prevent incorrect shipments, we do not accept combined orders for pre-order items and regular sale items.
・Payment will be finalized when we accept the pre-order. After that, we begin manufacturing the products according to each reservation, so no cancellations will be accepted.
6.About Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
(1) Eligibility and Procedures for Returns/Exchanges
In the event of damage or defect to the product, or incorrect product delivery (delivery of a product different from what you ordered), returns and exchanges will only be accepted if a return request is made within 10 days of product arrival.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via the "Inquiry Form" within the aforementioned period and return the product to the return address specified by us. When contacting us via the inquiry form, please provide the "Order Number" and "Product Name" stated in the "Shipping Notification" email.
For product exchanges, once the returned product arrives at our company and we are able to prepare the exchange product, we will ship it immediately. Please note that product exchanges are limited to cases where replacement products are in stock.
In this case, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs and payment fees.
(2) Refunds
If a product is eligible for return or exchange and you have completed the procedures above, but we are unable to provide a replacement product due to circumstances, we will issue a refund. Refunds will, in principle, be made using the payment method used for the original order. In this case, the full amount of the product price and shipping fees will be refunded.
(3) Conditions for No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be eligible in any of the following cases:
If we do not receive your return/exchange notification within the specified period after the product has arrived at your location.
If the return request is due to your convenience (including, but not limited to, cases where the product is stained or damaged due to your fault, the color/design/material differs from your image, size differences due to your fault, or errors in your order operation).
If the product is returned by a method other than that specified by our company.
If the order is for a product marked as non-returnable on the product page or elsewhere.
If the conditions for return or exchange set by our company are not met.
(4) The final decision on returns, exchanges, and refunds rests with our company (Saishunkan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.).
7. About Gift Wrapping (International Shipping)
(1) Gift Service Details
・This service is subject to a fee.
・We will deliver a set including a gift bag (non-woven drawstring), an original paper tag, and a selectable message card.
・The size of the gift wrapping will be selected by our company based on the following criteria, considering the product content (weight, shape):
M size (310mm x 500mm): Approximately 1-3 T-shirts
L size (450mm x 600mm): 3 or more T-shirts, sweatpants sets, etc.
※Customers cannot specify the size.
(2) Wrapping Multiple Items
・Due to system limitations, gift wrapping must be specified for each individual product.
・If you wish to have multiple items wrapped together, please specify gift wrapping for only one of the items and clearly state "Wrap all items in the order together" in the "Remarks" field of the cart.
・If it is difficult to wrap items together due to size, quantity, or customs reasons, we will contact you separately.
(3) About Delivery Notes and Price Display
・For gift deliveries where the orderer and recipient are different, we will, in principle, not include a delivery note with prices. If you wish for a separate delivery note or for it to be included, please specify this in the "Remarks" field of the cart.
・【Important】 For customs clearance purposes, it is mandatory to accurately state the official name and price of the product on the shipping label (waybill) and invoice, in accordance with local laws. Please be aware in advance that the price will be displayed on the outside of the package and cannot be hidden from the recipient.
(4) Burden of Customs Duties, etc.
・Regardless of whether gift wrapping is included, all customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred will be borne by the recipient, as per Section 1.
