ギフトラッピングについて (Gift Wrapping Services)
For a loved one. We will carefully wrap your gift. This service is available for a fee (flat rate of 330 yen, tax included).
Set Contents
When you select gift wrapping, the following three items will be included in the set.
・Gift bag (non-woven fabric drawstring pouch)
A soft non-woven fabric drawstring pouch. We will choose the optimal size based on the size and quantity of your items.
・Original paper tag
A stylish tag with our brand logo will be attached to the ribbon.
・Choice of message card
You can choose one card suitable for the occasion. The card is business card size (91mm x 55mm).
(Types: Happy Birthday / Thank you)
*We do not offer a message printing service. You will receive a card with a fixed design.
*If you do not need a card, please proceed to checkout without selecting one.

Order Flow
1. Select products
Add the desired products to your cart.
2. Set gift options
On the cart screen, check "Request gift delivery" and select the desired card type.
3. Enter shipping address
If the recipient is different from the person placing the order, please enter the correct shipping address.
4. Fill in the remarks column (optional)
If you have any requests, such as "Please wrap multiple items together," please enter them in the remarks column.
When wrapping multiple items together
・Basic rule: Due to the system, gift wrapping is specified for each individual item.
・If you wish to combine items: Please specify gift wrapping for only one item and enter "Please wrap all ordered items together" in the remarks column.
・If you wish for individual wrapping: Please specify gift wrapping for all items that require it.
*If the items do not fit in one bag due to their size or quantity, we will contact you by email.
About delivery notes and price display
Deliveries within Japan
・For gift deliveries, a delivery note with prices will not be included.
・If you wish to have the delivery note mailed separately to the orderer or included with the package, please specify in the remarks column.
International Shipping
・Important: For customs clearance, we are legally obligated to list the "official name and price of the product" on the shipping label (invoice).
・Please understand in advance that the price will be displayed on the outside of the package, so the recipient will not be able to hide the amount.
・If customs duties occur, they will be borne by the recipient (the person receiving the gift).
Important Notes (Please read carefully)
・Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift wrapping materials themselves.
・Wrinkles during delivery: Due to shipping conditions, the gift bag may have some wrinkles.
・Size restrictions: Gift wrapping may be refused for extremely large or unusually shaped items.
・Materials only not available: We cannot sell or ship gift bags or cards only.
