About the product

[About pre-order items]

・Pre-order items are pre-orders made online before the items arrive.
Products will be shipped as soon as they arrive, so delivery may take longer than usual.
- Please check the "estimated shipping date" listed on the product page.
*Please note that due to production reasons, the expected arrival date may be earlier or later than expected.

<Shipping of pre-ordered items>
・To prevent the wrong products from being sent, we do not accept orders that combine pre-order items with regular items. *Pre-order items with the same expected delivery date can be ordered together.
If you would like to receive your regular items first, please place a separate order.

<Payment for pre-ordered items>
・You can choose to pay by credit card or cash on delivery.
・If you pay by credit card, payment will be confirmed at the time of ordering, just like when ordering regular products.
*Please note that from October 1, 2024, payment confirmation will be changed to payment confirmation at the time of shipping.

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders totaling 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.
If the total amount is less than 10,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

About Shipping

[Shipping date]
・We will ship your order within 7 business days after placing it (excluding pre-order items and some promotional items).
- As a general rule, shipping will occur twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

*Please note that delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery area, weather, and traffic conditions.
*Once the products are ready, we will send you an email with shipping information.
*We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates.

[About combined shipping]
Please note that for multiple orders with a total amount of 10,000 yen or more (tax included) paid by credit card, the items will be packed and shipped together.

[About the delivery note]
If you would like the invoice sent separately, please enter this in the "Notes" field in the cart.

[Credit card payment]

・We are unable to investigate withdrawals from your account. Please contact your credit card company.
*Please note that in the case of installment or revolving payments, a fee set by the card company may be charged.


[Cash on delivery payment]
- When the product is delivered, please pay the delivery fee to the delivery person in exchange for the product.
The available payment methods are as follows:

・Please note that a separate handling fee of 230 yen (tax included) will be charged for cash on delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

[Regarding returns and exchanges]
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if there is a defect in the product,
We accept returns and exchanges based on the conditions listed below.
- If you request a return within 8 days of receiving the product. - For hygiene reasons, only unopened products are eligible.

<Conditions for unopened products>
If the product is found to have been opened under the conditions below after being returned to us, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange.
Returns will be made to the customer cash on delivery.
Please note that if any of the following conditions apply, the package will be considered to have been opened.
- The manufacturer's packaging has been opened, damaged, or repackaged. - The product tag has been removed or the enclosed paper is missing. - There are other signs that the product itself has been used.

<Specific reasons/Shipping costs>
In the case of returns or exchanges due to reasons at our company, such as the following, we will cover the shipping costs.
・In the case of defective products or incorrect products (delivery of a product different from the ordered product)

If you wish to return a product for any of the following reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for personal reasons.
・The size does not fit. ・The color, design, or fabric material is different from what you expected. ・The wrong product was ordered (design, color, size, quantity).

[Return and exchange procedures]
If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact us using the " Inquiry Form " within 8 days of receiving the product and return it to the address specified by our company.
In the inquiry form, please let us know the "order number" and "product name" listed in the "Shipping Information" email.

Regarding product exchanges, we will ship the replacement product as soon as it arrives at our company and is ready to ship.
Please note that replacement items will only be available if they are in stock.
Please note that if we are unable to exchange an item due to a shortage of stock, we will provide a refund.
As a general rule, refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of ordering.

Changing or canceling your order

[Changes to order details]
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the order details (product, size, quantity) or add products.
If you wish to change your order or add items, please cancel the order and place a new one.

[About cancellations]
Once an order has been accepted, the system does not allow you to cancel the order yourself.
We will accept cancellations up until the "Shipping Information" email sent after shipment.
*If you use credit card payment, please contact your credit card company to confirm the cancellation after cancellation.

When filling out the inquiry form, please provide the "Order Number" that is listed in the "Order Confirmation" email sent to you when your order is completed.

About receipts

For mail order purchases, the following documents will be recognized as official receipts for tax purposes, so please use them.

The card company's "statement of charges" will be accepted as a receipt.

[Cash on delivery]
A copy of the delivery company's shipping invoice will be accepted as a receipt.
